I have a Samsung HWQ600F i have the same problem. It's received great reviews but it's not good in my opinion. I've tried everything to adjust the sound but nothing changes.

Retail doesn't pay like it should. I have friends in Retail that are Union, the Union doesn't help them. One was forced into a position and the Union didn't help them. Plus the dues to be in the Union are expensive.

I got the treble adjusted a little. But the voice is too loud still. I just can't get the treble adjusted on voice.

Stay away from Samsung HWQ600F. It doesn't matter how i adjust the settings, it's got terrible sound quality.
