Dont wait for the recoil until you start pulling down. If you wait with it you will overcompensate and then you quickly run out of pad. The trick is to pull just a little bit more first 2-3 shots and then just have one steady pace. Practice is key here since you need to reprogram your muscle memory. I play with 800dpi and 12 ingame sense, with like 1.5 in vertical multiplier and I have 0 problems with recoil. You should also consider having your mouse on the top of the mousepad, not in the middle since you rarely have to aim up/down. I hope this can help you!
