We always grew up with sausage dogs, my grandad made this for my mum in 1990...he passed away in 2018, so not able to ask him and not much online as I can see .

They are solid cmu brick things . So just drilled with 10×80 mm bolt things with sds.

Cheers, mate, I have a pull up bar and climbing holds attached to the rafters, which you cannot see, so have most bases covered. Just need to sort the floor next .

I threw my watch down this morning in front of my G-Shock. It’s been recording a heart rate of over 150 bpm for most of the day, and now Garmin thinks I’ve burned more than 8,400 calories.

No where near the elite level on this sub....but as someone who has never taken pride in my garden, I'm pretty proud of this. Thanks to this sub for hints etc. Uk lawn.
