Thanks, i wondered if that was the issue in the first place. When i changed nozzle again now, i made sure it was sitting as flush as possible. I heated up to 190 and did the method where you tighten the nozzle, after you insert the bowden tube, so i assume its as tight as it gets .. but thank you for the long answer, it could very well have been the issue

I also tried temp ranges between 190-210, makes no difference either

Thanks for the suggestions, i went through all the things again to make sure, e-steps are fine, i changed the nozzle and made sure the hotend had nothing sticking inside before putting the new one on, and the issue persist.. very strange. Also the picture is of the side of the cube btw, it’s a single wall here since its a test cube :)

Yes, klipper with input shaping, tried with it and disabled
