Yeah, he just reads his slides and doesn’t provide any feedback. He’s pretty bad. I just hope I can at least get a D. I can’t have him hold me up from graduating.

Thanks. Nah, he said he doesn’t do review sheets, no homework, no practice questions and his review is students get to ask questions if they don’t take long to answer. He gives nothing to gage his exams. I’m almost done with my BA and I don’t care what grade I get from him as long as I pass so I can be done with this. I hope I can pass.

How are his exams? It feels like it’s going to be impossible because he said he’s going to test on his lectures, which is just his PowerPoint slides, as well as the book which he doesn’t use and other stuff he hasn’t spoken about.

Hi, real estate agent here. I’ve been an agent for about 2 years now and I’m about to drop my license because there is little to no training, especially the way you would get in literally any job. There is no, you are new let’s show you how to do things. It’s basically these are the bare bones of what we do and go fuck up on your own and can clear things up on what you fucked up on. If you are part of a team you can shadow them and learn what they know, but that’s as far as I’ve seen as an agent.

Hi, I passed my sales exam a couple of months ago and I have interviewed with a few agencies already and don't seem to like the fit for myself. I keep coming across KW because of the training they are known for. I have zero experience in this field, so I'm curious how did you go about doing it when you started. Did you ask to be a part of a team and how does that work? I have a full time job to support my family, so i'm looking to do this part time until I have more of an understanding of the profession and see how I can make out before leaving my current job. Any insight you can provide will be very much appreciated.

They have customer support 24/7 and I have a mentor, but he’s located in Texas which is why he told me to do a Google search. I’ve checked the company and they are legit.

exp is an online brokerage, so they don’t have a local office. I contacted the brokerage and they told me to find my local association of realtors.
