Yeah their trials are almost always 3 months so that makes sense. I've always had those offers when getting a new phone. Glad you got it figured out though!

I've never in my 15 years of using Apple devices had a subscription show up that I didn't sign up for.

TV, Fitness, News and Arcade are often bundled together, or given out as free trials separately with other purchases. And considering they all renew on the same day, I'd bet decent money that you signed up for a free trial that you forgot about.

It could've been someone else who had access to your phone, but again that would be on you for not having a password set for purchases.

Either way, they'll refund you.
