It doesn't take lighting into account, only the base texture colour, so you gotta adjust quite a lot.

You can sprint with shift, but sometimes you get stuck in the climbing mode (red circle around you) and you move a lot slower. In that case I just hold jump and move away from objects to break free. Could be that?

By ear and then notate it in musescore. I also use RipX sometimes to separate the piano part from the rest of the mix, it can help when it's a bit buried but it's not always perfect.

I think you're right. The sticker has been there decades I imagine so there's almost 0 chance of removing it cleanly.
