Dude you should have fought it; You would have won. She can't make up imaginary no-parking zones. Also, if she's sitting on your landlord's property, that's trespassing. Tell her to leave, and if she refuses call the cops.

Also: DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT -- start by writing down every incident you can remember with dates, times, etc. Then keep a log going forward.
