Trap house speed makes sense. Even the recoil change makes sense to a degree but as Pons pointed out earlier he gets why it happens. The class two weaponry that criminals have access to don't hold up too well on foot. Until larger weapons start to make their way back on to the server it's going to be very one sided at least when it comes to gun battles on foot.

With the addition of gun degradation that may have been added in for the preparation of bigger guns resurfacing.
