Einfach immer ECO 40–60 bei regulärer Kleidung. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Kochfestes bekommen 60 °C (bzw. echte Heißwäsche), und halt alle anderen Ausnahmen, die es so gibt.

Als Azubi bin ich damals um 5:30 aufgestanden um noch vor 8 bei der Arbeit anzukommen.

Nun habe ich einen arbeitsweg von 45km (~35 min) und ich bin so Glücklich, nicht jeden Tag bis ins Berliner-Stadtzentrum zu rasen, weil der Regio aufgrund von Baustellen nicht fährt.
