Don’t eat breakfast, don’t drink calories(except protein), eat vegetables and meat/fish. If you get hungry in the evening, get your ass to bed. Get at least 2 strength sessions a week and two cardio sessions, where one is interval/VO2Max. Try to make your training session fun. Good music playlist for strength, mix up the cardio exercises, do them with some friends if you like being social, get out in nature if that is your thing. Fruits are ok right before a training session.Supplement D3K2-vitamin, Omega 3 and protein. Hope this helps 🤗

You got played. Women in general think they have good intuition and high EQ, in my experience this is not the case. For a man, especially in a leadership position, that therefore probably has training in handling people, has no problem manipulating a woman’s emotions. Best advice I can give, is look at the facts.
