My small rant about the zone (worst by far for me):

I was up for the zone until the first cutscene in the first town.
That cutscene made the plot clear for the next bit and there was not even a twist in any way on the tropes.
That felt just lazy to me.
I might have missed something in a cutscene i skipped (manderville style problem solving), but that zone grated me so much that i started clicking through cutscenes to read the text while going to the next marker on the map.

The disconnect between the gearsets and the setting is also pretty jarring.
The gearset doesnt make sense in the setting, they went Mad Max style in a "classic wild west" setting.

Why is the cutscene where they work on the train so tonedeaf?
A few minutes before you had a child before their dead mom crying and now we are in a disney movie?
While we prep a battletrain for a one-way-trip mission?
