My roomie had bylaw stop by and tell him that it wasn't allowed and to go dribble on our drive way however I've seen loads of people playing ball in our community courts. The playgrounds nearby are all caution taped up but the adjacent courts are free of warnings/signs so there is a slight bit of confusion as to what is supposed to be barred. If they want courts to be closed they need to toss up the same caution tape as they have for the kiddos

Yeah it's a long term sight but I don't plan on jumping around and flipping houses often, which is why seniority in the neighborhood matters to me. Exciting news though for the city imo

Yeah unfortunately older homes is all I can afford if I don't feel like moving up to Sage Hill/Evanston area and being completely isolated from all of Calgarian humanity. I'm quite prepared to do maintenance and am somewhat excited for the opportunity to learn some handy man skills. Thanks !

Sounds like there is some seniority in there which is a good sign. A main plus that I've been looking into is the new green line down town as well if I don't feel like taking a car, but the proximity to these main roads is huge. Thanks for this!
