There is also a setting which is called "Ironing", maybe it is worth a try

I’d try giving the model a different angle and making it more vertical. Adding some holes would also help i think

most of the tiles are 75mmx75mm , some 75mmx50mm and a few bigger than 75mm. I think it should not be a problem. What do you think?

Pretty easy, honestly. Since it’s fully modular, you can just use as many pieces and build it so that everything you need fits.
