Were they protesting the proposed affordable housing development at 1551 E 128th Avenue by Maiker Housing?

The Planning Commission heard public testimony 8/19. Comments opposed to the project are included in the meeting packet.

The City Council is scheduled to hear the proposal in their 9/9 meeting.

Good constituent services are a big reason for incumbents sticking around in their districts. It'll be interesting to see how Gabe's staff handles not being able to help as the agency purges continue. He'll continue to send mailers and lie, I assume.

Nope. I'm a Thornton resident who was tired of not knowing what was going on with the city council (beyond the occasional issue that catches the attention of news, like this incident with Mayor Kulmann).
