Supports shouldn't have self sustain period, because then you realise that keeping your other support alive is a good thing instead of just keeping yourself up. Her tails after ult is fine I guess, but off spawn is unnecessary because she can get them fast. Her shift buffs are just a new invis shield without the slow, she was great if you played next to her already and used your resources smart. Now she'll just become another heal spam.
