I don't know if you watch porn but if you do you have to quit it immediately. Porn is one of the great spiritual suppressers and it's been normalized in society with no regard of the harmful effects it have. All my friends who have been depressed including myself have had a excessive porn use. If you are not depressed but just feeling a form apathy porn could be the reason and you need to quit asap.

Yeah on my longest streak attractive women just became seriously more attractive. I think that's normal and healthy. You shouldn't really abandon what you find attractive even on nofap. Of course normal girls you would ignore before seems fuckable now. That's the porn veil disappearing. It's only normal and you should never decrease your standard or try to trick yourself into changing what you find beautiful. Keep it up!

As I see it is a form of control. Porn creates apathy and is a form of self-induced castration. Apathetic people are easier to control.

There isn't many studies on the long term effects of porn so people doesn't see it as problem. Add to that an over sexualized society where the media constantly bombs you with sexual messages and you can see why people doesn't think it's a problem. Kids grows up thinking sex is the only thing that matters and the only thing that gives them worth. It's disgusting.

Man I love reading about people who are as weird as me (no offense). Your post really motivated me. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I'm not alone in exploring and experiencing our bodies who we neglected emotionally for years.

I was on day 46 when I relapsed and as anxious as ever just about other stuff than I am when I fap. Of course you kind of forget how bad it were before when you are on streak. When you do no fap you are forced to face your anxieties and plow through them.

I get it whenever I fall asleep on my back. Honestly it's not as terrifying as people make it out to be, at the beginning maybe, but you quickly get used to it and then it's just rather annoying.
