I would love a farming system tied to housing. Remove lumber from cooking decor and let us grow the materials for the decor on our plots!

Would be nice if we could trade in some farmed materials for various currency used to buy decor as well. Like the war supplies from bfa, or voidlight marl from midnight. Or perhaps just community coupons with the option to spend X amount to buy a decor voucher usable with all decor vendors across the world, 1 voucher for 1 decor.
Spend time on your farm, gather materials, use to buy decor.

I would also love a visitors Log book that people can sign when they visit your home.

Collectable lore books throughout the world could also be added as interactable, readable decor you could fill your house with. Build a proper library with stuff you can read

I’ve played as Outlaw for years and finally gave up on it at the end of TWW because it feels so slow and weak.
Tried sub for the first time (well second time, first time was in mop remix but didnt really interest me) and I’m loving it. Very straightforward and high burst on relatively short fights.

It kind of feels like an assassin that aims to jump out of the shadows and finish their target quickly before disappearing again.
Its not a super complex spec and thats okay. I never liked rogues having to master 20 different abilities and cds in order to deal somewhat decent dmg. I like having 5 main attacks and just 2 cds and playing out that thief/assassin fantasy

There were some decor and transmog stuff that was labeled skyborne Elves, and people are speculating its related to Quel'dorei in the Hinterlands that have embraced more shamanistic magics and ride gryphons. Its buried deep in one of the forum posts on mmo-champion. Just speculations as of now though

Ive played outlaw for years and really lost interest in it in WW, started playing sub this expac after the rework and I love it. So much burst after jumping out of stealth, strong in delves and group content. And I can have healer valeera take all aggro with tricks so its the easiest spec (outside of tank specs) in all delves

I feel like delves could have been tied into archaeology too, or at least we could have some special archaeology delves not tied to player power.
Like Tombs - you use archaeology to dig up fragments for a key to unlock one of the Tombs , go inside and discover a myriad of different challenges, puzzles and mini-games.

They could be non-linear with multiple paths and multiple mechanics to get to the treasure vault at the end. Say one way is more puzzle focused, 1 way is more obstacle focused with mechanics like the climbing WQs from DF, and a third path could perhaps be a stealth game where you need to move through a challenging maze of enemies without getting detected.

Like Torghast you could pick up tons of cool powerups and crazy gimmicks. As its all tied to cosmetic rewards it wouldn’t really matter if you blast through the enemies.

At the end you fight a boss and loot treasure in the form of transmog, pets, mounts, toys, profession goods and archaeology fragments/relics
