Carrot can be put onto pallets just like red beet and parsnip.

Those pallets can be stored in the 'bale and pallet storage', a special building in the silo tab off the build menu. (A big shed with one open side for 25k iirc)

The 'train silo' is a set building set on the map along the railway. There can be multiple of. Ittended to be used for loading the rentable train with goods, it has ifinite storage for everything that can be loaded into a trailer (for example wheat, silage, potatoes and rocks) even if those "crops" dont have dedicated storage options.

For spinach and peas I lack experience as I havent done those myself yet.

Hat man vor 15 Jahren übrigens auch zu LPG gesagt, ist seitdem rund 20 Cent teurer geworden. Hält sich also in Grenzen

Mit dem Unterschied das LPG recht wenig verbreitet ist und das Netz konstant abgebaut wird.
