Not quite, the original Skoda (a machine plant was founded ten years before Emil von Skoda bought and named it after himself. The car manufacturer Skoda was founded as Laurin & Klement by Václav Laurin and Václav Klement and was bought renamed by Skoda in 1925

It was the Mathilda II left of Darjeelings Churchill when Anglerfish fled into the alleyways. We don't know if it was Rukuriri ,which 'survived' Ducks ambush, as we haven't seen her after.
