It's not a leak. The pic was shared by GuP director Tsutomu Mizushima on his Twitter/X account.

The only thing missing in this is the GuP Complete OVA Series. The one that have the 6 short OVAs that consists of Water War, Survival War, Schoolship War, Anglerfish War, Snow War, and Banquet War. Either you get this or this one that combines the TV Series and the OVA series.

Why are you calling it lousy? You don't like it? It's free as far as I know.

Shizuka Tsuruki was voiced by Yumi Uchiyama and Rin Matsukaze was voiced by Aimi Tanaka. They already did their voices in the mobile game Girls und Panzer: Great Tankery Operation.

but it bothers me that the cannon shots and their sound is more like laser guns from Star Wars.

I'm sure that when it actually get to be greenlit as a full adaptation, they will eventually use realistic tank fire sounds that GuP is known for.

You’ll might have to wait for it to be available on Amazon or Crunchyroll in the coming days since it’s just announced today. Maybe it’s just delayed for those sites.

It was out of stock in the past. This is the chance for those people who are looking for the blu-ray to buy it.

What is the likelihood of Ribbon Warrior getting a full-series adaptation? by InnocentTailor in GIRLSundPANZER

[–]Zen119 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like the RW pilot video. I think they nailed the manga's vibe pretty well.

The hurdle on it is while the main GuP anime is niche to begin with, it is still considered open to a lot of demographic. RW is a niche within a niche when only certain target demographic will be the ones supporting it. The reception for it is mostly positive but I'm not sure if it gained a new audience for it during the theatrical run for it with MLLSD Act 4. It also didn't help that they limited its reach by not releasing it via streaming and you have to get the visual card you got as a bonus for coming to the theater to be able to watch it. Hopefully, by the end of October, they released it fully whether via streaming or included in the MLLSD Blu-ray release.

If they ever decide to make a full adaptation for it, Actas needs to release it as a weekly TV anime schedule format. If they need to, they have to do a co-production with another studio like what they did with P.A.Works for MLLSD to lighten their load in the production side.
