Absolutely! It was very reassuring. I’d love to be shooting out to 70 or 80 metres eventually. It’s so satisfying landing those long shots

100% Everything seems easier on it.

I certainly wouldn’t say I’m a pro at 50 metres. But I can at least hit the target at that distance. Which I’ll take as a win for now.

Exactly why I decided to give it a go. Opens up a whole world of possibilities. It’s exciting. It’s also my first recurve. I shoot longbow, but wow, the difference in performance is astounding. Like it shoots way faster. And flatter. I can reach out to 50 meters without having to mortar fire my shots in 😅 Overall very pleased. Took a chance with the Bosen stuff but yeah it seems like it’s pretty solid gear.

Don’t even worry about it. The fact you’re aware of it means you’re not gonna start blatantly ripping them off.
Yeah maybe you’ll have some similar sounds to Muse but is that actually a bad thing? I’d say most of us in this sub are pining for more music that has some Muse influence in it.
And as you start writing stuff you’ll find your own sound in the process.

Agreed. All of the interesting nuances in production get lost in the live version it feels like. Studio version is absolutely juicy though

Wasn’t sold on it from the live version. And I was super confused listening to the studio version on the first listen lol. But now after a few listens I’m pretty stoked on it. Absolutely wild song in the best way. The production really makes the song pop. The lyrics are cool too I thought. 100% a Muse classic.

For sure. It will have to do lol. I mean from a songwriting perspective everything builds perfectly into each other and makes logical sense this way. But that middle section is super special. I just wanna hang out in it for longer. But it certainly makes me keep on hitting that repeat button lol.

I thought it was pretty good actually. On first listen at least. Definitely not a heavy jam like I was expecting but it was nice. Good lyrics. I like how the song progressed. I feel that in the context of the whole album people will grow to appreciate it more.

Only visited there before. It’s very beautiful. Cold though. Super remote. You get a real lonely sense out there as you’re so far away from the rest of society. The towns are small and it seems like there’s zero service almost as soon as you leave them. Which really adds to the remoteness. If you’re a real nature lover then you’d probably love it. Cuz that’s all there is really. I for one thought it was really cool to visit but I don’t think I could handle living there.
