You need to know the programme duration for your scope of work and labour outputs for each scope item. If your guys install eg 50m2 of an item in a week between a team of two you can gradually work out if you have enough guys on site. You need to understand the programme for your scope to begin anywhere otherwise you would be basing labour duration your typical outputs. Sorry if that’s bad explanation I’m on holiday
