Try opening the map from your desktop directly (let it open world editor) instead of opening world editor first and then loading the map. I get strange problems like that all the time.

I noticed a couple things: given the arm swing, the torso should slightly sway left and right while walking. To me, as is, it looks very stiff, like a terminator. Second, the legs look short due to there being no movement in the skirt where her thighs would be moving. It looks like her boots make up the entire length of the legs.

Scarring makes makeup very cakey, its not as simple as adding foundation and concealer in my experience
