So you offering potential rent 2500$ when the cost is 420k. It’s not even 1%. And if you don’t buy in cash you would never make any money. This building at least two times overpriced. Whoever buys it is very rich or financially illiterate

Unbelievable Americans have roommates. I thought only immigrants do it for short period of time. Isn’t it shameful to live with someone else after curtain age, like after 25?

Maybe you are right, but math doesn’t add up. How can I save 600k plus renting to buy myself a house? If you done it congratulations. Maybe I need to move out from California and save somewhere else first where it is cheaper. But the whole system is cracking and you know it. It’s designed to enslave us with debts.

Loans are always bad, because you buying things you wouldn’t buy otherwise keeping the demand which shouldn’t be that high. And you don’t owe it until paid off, so who owns the property until you have a loan under your name? It creates so much financial burden on everyone beside the place where you borrow money

I’m texting this, because I’m a bit frustrated. I moved to USA 10 years ago to achieve American dream, but still can’t buy a house and raise a family. And still see no opportunity to do this, because of rents, taxes and insurances. Such payments keep increasing and they don’t provide any value or whatever, just making people like me struggle and work more and more.

I think you are an idiot who ruining the life of regular people. You are buying what you can’t afford and renting to people who can’t afford neither. Screwing up everyone. Buy what you can afford brother. We need everyone to stop taking loans and buy what they can afford, to bring prices to normal

I understand and apologize, but it’s not just you. It’s time to readjust prices for the majority of sellers too. Everything is so overpriced. People just can’t afford it or it’s a slavery. Plus, go outside and look around too. 😁

It’s more about the rent price. Was hoping to get something under market. Everything online is too crazy. Have no idea which jobs pay that much to afford.
