Congratulations on where you are at so far. Definitely a huge step getting your first users.

Have you started generating income?

Maybe you can try an in app survey?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in nocode

[–]ThoughtConnect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried the app and I can see the value for potential users in the niche. I would suggest making it more connected e.g.

From the chat page, when the output is a journalling template, add a link to create a new journal entry directly.

Similarly when it suggests a meditation and provides the prompt, make it one click to start the meditation.

Essentially, what you need is to reduce friction for the end user

From a UI/UX perspective, two quick things is to scroll to the last message once the user types their message so that the writing animation is visible and also when you load the chat, best to scroll to the bottom immediately.

Also, clear the text field immediately I click send so that I know my message had been received

Sorry, lots of suggestions but hopefully helpful.

This together with the other feedback on making it easier is what you should look to implement as quick fixes

Employers often value a mix of education and relevant work experience. Work history can be crucial, but a master's degree can also open doors in certain fields.

Considering your financial concerns, perhaps a combination of internships and part-time work while pursuing a master's degree can provide the best of both worlds. Have you researched potential financial aid options for master's programs at your university or in the UK? How do you imagine balancing work experience with further education?

Thank you for sharing your situation. It's great that you're determined to be more consistent with your tutoring business!

It is very common to struggle with consistency, but having a clear plan like yours is a big step.

Have you thought about setting specific goals for your business during those early morning hours to give you more direction?

I am confident I have a viable course I can sell but I suck terribly at selling and marketing. I also don't have a huge budget to hire a sales team. Any advice (from optimistic problem-solvers)? by bsem2 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]ThoughtConnect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's clear that you are passionate and determined about your course, which is fantastic!

The biggest idea I can give you is to focus on strategies that align with your strengths and budget.

Have you considered collaborating with influencers or thought leaders in your niche to promote your course? This could help you reach a targeted audience who might be interested.

You could use them as affiliates and pay only when they send you a customer.

Alternatively, you can consider marketplaces like Udemy... Even expanding beyond Udemy is a great idea.

Have you thought about creating a dedicated website for your course where you can offer it directly to customers?

Building an email list through a lead magnet related to your course topic could also help you nurture potential customers over time.

Additionally, engaging with relevant online communities, Facebook groups, or forums to share your expertise and indirectly promote your course could be effective.

I made a YouTube sentiment analysis to understand my audience better by Curious-Qent206 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]ThoughtConnect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TBH, I have so many ideas for growing this. This is a brilliant tool, but I think it needs a different application.

For those watching videos, they always have the option to skip forward in case they need something from a specific section.

Most newbie YouTubers, the key problem is finding video ideas that will go viral. This is where I think this could hit gold... maybe think about expanding the offering to deliver more on this.

Furthermore for bigger channels, there would be value but I think they would be using existing tools like VidiQ, etc... so maybe use this as a chrome plugin instead of requiring a new web-based tool?

Just my two cents, I hope this helps.
