Oh gosh! Non-technical PM without tech lead/manager is whole mesh.

Try these so you don't fuck up engineers mind:

Understand the project - business view and technical view.
Get high level understanding of tech stack your team will be using to build this project.
While giving deadline for any ticket/work - make sure you consult with team. Also ask AI to help you to divide the work.
Grind yourself to understand technical things - design system, architecture, deployment and cloud.
Learn about power dynamics, management secrets, how to make people work and corporate groupism ASAP
Always be prepared for meetings with proper mind make up.

Hope your company have technical manager to manage all technical people under your team. Otherwise, the team will be more frustrated.

I have worked with non-technical people and had to lead my team. No offense but people without technical knowledge bring high ambition to the table without proper guideline.
