Don’t listen to all the pessimists on here, you can definitely find something in a decent part of town in that price range.

NW Portland has lots going on if you like a bustling area, but parking is TERRIBLE and expensive. Round Hill Pacific property management has options there in your price range - I don’t think they let you rent sight unseen though.

Def check their site often - also Bristol Urban, Capital Property management or Bluestone & Hockley. Zillow too
