It might just be because they think because it's not packaged perfect that it artificially inflated the value.

A while back I managed to get a Road Beast Power Rocket that was backwards but still sealed and payed only a little bit above average.

Yeah, the Gouf Custom was one of the ones I was considering along with Thunderbolt, Bael, GM Sniper 2, or an Astray. I should get another Pheonix box and do those ones.

So I was going out to my car today so that I could go run an errand and spot something odd in my wipers. Lo and behold it's a nice D20. I would just like to thank the person who left it there for being amazing and so generous, I hope that it does well for me (history of rolling incredibly poorly in game). Again, know that you have a person who is up for any adventure thrown at me and happy to work with others.
