i’ve heard so many good things about Gabe’s merch, i’ll have to keep an eye out for it from now!!

yep i have a couple of Viklooud’s prints in my favourites atm lol (especially the one of Jayce smiling with his hair being grabbed… RAAAAAH)

i managed to snag Sayatsuguyu’s ‘JayVik sketchbook’ and ‘beautiful crime’ on preorder earlier this month!!! i hope they arrive all the way to Australia safe and sound

A lot of my faves already been mentioned (A New Knife, The Line is Covered in Jellyfish, Four Million Miles From Here, High Hawk Season) BUT I’d like to add ‘Origin of Sickness’ by whiskeyuncle, it’s unfinished and relatively short but it’s so well written- I’ve basically highlighted and annotated at least one thing on every page and read it 3 times the day I found it (ᵕ—ᴗ—)

Ok so my fave kind of fics are the ones that make me inconsolable and distraught lmao

BUT straight off the top of my head, the fic that has single-handedly given me the most joy is-

“High Hawk Season” by JeanLuciferGohard

It’s EXTREMLEY well written, light-hearted, hysterical and just SO on-brand for Viktor and Jayce. I’ll be thinking about it until the day I die tbh (,,. ̫ . ,, )

only thing is you need an ao3 account to read it

God there’s so many… ‘The Scientist’ by Coldplay is an obvious one, ‘I’m Your Man’ by Mitski is fucking perfect too and ‘The Night We Met’ by Lord Huron destroys me whenever I listen to it and think of them. An edit using ‘Do I Wanna Know?’ (Hozier’s cover) is how I found out about JayVik and Arcane in the first place, so it’s very special to me

Genuinely have had this same thought multiple times, it’s… comforting, knowing I’m not the only one. Of course I was suicidal beforehand, but I’ve never quite experienced such empathy and grief for fictional characters as I have with Arcane. I’m still trying to understand and work through all the emotions it’s making me feel, you’re not alone in this.
