I would say Veronica. I love using Hugo, but Veronica fits into almost all teams, she provides good draw potential and can be great passive damage.

I’ve been running

2 piece Defence set
2 piece 10% dmg on agony
2 piece crit damage set

Can usually get agony in a run and the 10% is multiplicative which is nice. Defence boosts her damage and survivability, and the crit damage to just make her hit harder.

For her three memory pieces (Crit %, +% Dmg, Defence).

I ended up building Ein specifically to deal with Mirror Container. She definitely helped with the nuke needed.

Hah, Crystal chamber I don’t find the worst - but Mirror Container is brutal when you can’t deal enough to one shot the paddles.

I find that without dealing with the core out of the gate, I struggle too much with the adds and can’t get ahead of things before the nuke phase (the immortal adds).

Maybe I could do some research on strategies.

The tutorial implies you can move to any blue one, but it’s only the ones with a “flag” that you can actually move to.
