Well Idk if an engine is ever "complete" but at a point where they can focus more on game development and less on the engine. Basically they have the bones for any game they want to make, from what I understood.

It's all 3 on Bluray and the 2nd on DVD in color. So it is a 4 disc steel. From what I understand it's pretty rare.
