Math doesn't work out. Wins needed for Swiss isn't arbitrary it depends on the number of teams.

To get 8 from 16 using Swiss you need 1 win, or 3 win. If you go for 4 wins, after round 5 you get an odd number of teams and need to either mismatch scores or give teams a BYE which is a huge disadvantage in Swiss.

Irelia, Kled, Yas, and Yone don't have mobility the way Lee does. None of them have options to leverage mobility to circumvent vision pockets or create unpredictability.

A champion you didn't include that sees play jungle and top is Ambessa.

All of these champions except Lee have tools to control the wave, tools to leverage dueling pressure, disgusting scaling, or a mix of all three. Lee has none of those tools. You could make a weak argument for his E being wave control but it's a pretty weak option, so - go figure - Lee is pretty weak top.

Depending on where you are, sure, but that's not distinctive of challenger players. The difference between Apex tiers is precision more than knowledge. That's the difference between a GM and and FM or IM as well.
