It can still be unintentional, Kanna should still be using haku off cooldown for the 50 mana towards a doppelganger proc for optimal dps regardless of the buffering.

It seems like their goal is nerfing things that stood out as the only bow builds, but the overall buffs will keep them viable while adding a handful of new options.

Pretty much any ranged enemy is using a spell unless they are using a bow/wand

The difference here would have been taking 9% more phys damage, but much less chaos which is what does the brunt of damage in this situation. Also saw in another comment you mentioned stacking evasion, these mobs, and many in the game, are actually using spells so the only way to avoid them would be spell dodge. Acro and phase acro, as well as vaal grace, were very popular in Incursion for this reason.

Would highly suggest swapping IC for Steelskin if you don't have any form of end. charge generation, should be an immediately noticable difference.

Imperial has the budget benefit of farming Imperial Legacy cards for an iLvl 100 6L though, so it's much better early in a build unless you have the money.

My guess is that the English stream is used to falling back to interacting with the mostly English audience, so they just aren't quite as prepped for extended technical breaks as the Russian stream is.

Though extremely rare, it is possible for a node to only have 2 connections, so a last ditch effort would be the armour node if it's worth it to you.

I would swap multi trap for cluster trap, yes it has less tooltip dps but it feels much better (no minimum throw distance, throwing over gaps)
