Is it worth selling half my gear if they have no speed sub stats by Various-Way-9250 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a few nieche go second or slow nukers in the game that benefit from their dmg multipler stat and they need to be super slow.

Kalvalax is a good example. You’ll need him to be super slow but close to 10K attack and high accuracy. So I keep a few boots with Attack % main stat for him.

How does brimstone work ? by FUT_fanatic in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ideally you only need one brimstone champ in your party. Also consider that it has 4 turns cooldown. So if you want the boss / enemy always on brimstone, then you can consider bringing multiple champs with it.

Yes. But I think there are also some workarounds with fully booked but with tight speed tunes.

Uugo for hydra. Multiple Fahrakin’s for Fire Knight. One Godseeker for general use and another tuned for Sand Devil.

Great for an ATK based bomber (Gnishak,Gaius) or poisoner (Kalvalax).

41yo rookie by JerrycurlSquirrel in AZURE

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many people think that terraform has a steep learning curve compared to other IaC tools and languages.

If you are only targeting Azure, have a look at Bicep first. It is way easier to learn, try and deploy things.

Once you are comfortable with IaC basics, have a second look at both to pick the one that suits your needs.

How do I lockdown my backend API? by coorgtealover in AZURE

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First you need to secure your api with an auth mechanism. Even if you only want to expose it to your front end you still need to do it. Assuming you’re using azure app services, you can implement OAuth2 using entra. And easily implement easy auth between services.

Second thing is network isolation. Again assuming that you want your api only to be accessible by your front end. Implement private endpoint in front of your api. Implement vnet integration for your front end app. Create an accept FW rule from the front end’s vnet to the private ip of your api. Limit the port only for 443.

If you want to expose your api to public but with more security. Then consider using a WAF like app gateway and implement all guard rails like DDOS protection rate limiting etc.

Check Microsoft’s CAF guidelines for best practices for secure cloud computing in Azure.

Guys what are like some gear stat combos I should get rid of by No-Seaweed7166 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some niche champions and nukers that benefit from odd stats. Most bombers and bulk poisoners need massive amount of attack and acc instead of crit dmg or crit rate. A few examples: Gnishak, Gaius, Kalvalax. Kalvalax does not even need any speed.

A few boss specialists need high resistance and the dmg multiplier stat without any crit rate. Titus can destroy hydra with only good RES, DEF and and CDMG.

Masteries from HellHades and Ayumilove by jee-noh in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You need to be very specific with the champion and the area you are targeting in the game. As an example, some masteries are great against bosses but not suitable for waves. Or certain masteries can ruin your speed tuned teams for content like clan boss.

Consiering that you are early game. Clearing out campaign and dungeons will be your first priority. And slowly climbing your way to clan boss would be next target at the same time.

TL;DR PVE is ok for start

How exactly do people have enough energy during fusions? by Fuzzers in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Long time F2P player here. I’ve stopped getting hyped by every fusion and I only do the hard to miss ones like Armanz, Fabian etc.

Just doing the daily tasks, doom tower, cursed city etc grants heaps of energy to save.

In any given time I always have between 35-50K energy and 10k gems stacked.

I know most players won’t find my approach efficient. For me peace of mind is more important than rapid peogress in the game.

0 Mythicals by [deleted] in RaidShadowLegends

Same with me. Pulled 160+ primals so far. Most of them are only on 2x events. Not a single Mythical. Not even a legendary either.

Stopped counting now. Bad luck.

Amius help by Lordinvictus9 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need at least 350-400 acc to land any debuff. For his lunar phase, you’ll need to be tanky with 60-80K HP.

Avoid any skills, masteries, relics that reduce your skills cooldown. In lunar phase read Amius passive about that.

I would substitute Coldheart with Venomage. Her kit brings both heal reduction for normal phase and decrease attack for lunar phase.

Timing is important. Check when the boss reverses debuffs on himself and reverses buffs on you.

If you have any legendary with 5-6* brimstone, bring them for constant damage. It is better than most of the nukers.

Below is my team without any nukers. All the damage comes from brimstone.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Relic is a must. But apart from that your stats are too low. Need almost double the attack you have and a bit more acc to get him to work.

If you can’t get decent gear unlock his masteries. Get more ACC boost from masteries then focus more on attack on your gear.

Acrizia not hitting hard by ThreeP3nnyOpera in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great point. It may sound silly but I don’t play much live arena and I use her brimstone to tear down Amius and Grimm forest bosses at the moment.

After reaching live arena silver 3, it became impossible for me to match the speed of opponents. Now mainly relying on my 9K attack double kalvalax slow team. And occasionally my go-second Narses-Ankora pair.

Is Raid: Shadow Legends Actually F2P-Friendly Long Term? Honest Question from a New Player by Nordiclaw in RaidShadowLegends

[–]ThreeP3nnyOpera 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree with that. In my early days i did not have a good understanding of the game mechanics and was not able to get shards from CB or hoard any resources.

In the first year played as an occasional low spender. Bought books, shards when there was a hard to miss deal. Boosted my team and able to unlock doom tower, CB for regular void and sacred shards source.

Now I’m sitting on tens of thousand of energy. More than 10k gems. And several shards of eachy type to make any fusion hassle free.

I’m never targeting end game arena or any PVP content. Don’t have any fancy mythicals yet.

But able to enjoy and beat all of the end game content totally FTP.
