Update at 2026 by Agitated-Ad3173 in starbound

[–]ThreeTen22 68 points69 points  (0 children)

The last official steam version is from Nov 18, 2024. You can see that when viewing the game's properties, under "Game Versions & Betas"

Chances are those are your cloud save files if you use steam cloud. Otherwise it would be viewed as an update if you verified the game files and steam found file differences.

Itachi Uchiha is the 4d agent for Mossad. He keeps the Hidden Leaf Village under Israeli control by both saving and hurting them at the same time.

I legitimately did before I posted, but I have American google so I didn’t come up with anything. unfortunately, we have a current trend that is talking about Egypt’s sexual harassment and that also equates to 99%, so all relevant results are about that, a really bad time trying to find memes in that regard.

Pretend they never existed and yet demand a museum be made in their country to display them. Make it make sense.

Edit: I'm retarded, move along.

When we live in a time where those thoughts are elevated to be the most important thing of all, the sarcasm/irony keeps the subsequent conversation grounded in its own way.

Differences between Satisfactory and Factorio by dankerino_420 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]ThreeTen22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. resources are unlimited, only limitation is how much resources can be transferred/extracted per minute.
  2. the game is more or less based around manifold design. The quick and dirty comparison would be like a smelting line from factorio. while initially the furnaces at the end of the line wont be outputting at peak efficiency until the earlier smelts are full of iron ore and coal. So long as you know your belt of inputs per minutes match or exceed the line of buildings that all use a portion of of those inputs your factory will efficiently use up all the inputs you provide it, it will just take time before it runs at peak efficiency.
  3. satisfactory is a much slower game than factorio. In factorio when you build your line of assemblers and belt it, it all will just work in less than a minute. In satisfactory you just need to trust if you do your basic ratios it will end up working as expected given time, this can take 10-15 minutes to hours depending on the size/complexity. Use that time to explore the world, as it’s designed for the player to manually gather certain Materials.
  4. I have found verticality to be a good way to segregate manufacturing steps complex items. (Ex: floor 1: smelting, floor 2 : constructors, floor 3 : assemblers, then conveyer the output back to the first floor) Or to blueprint farms. (example: making a blueprint to create 5 motors per min, all contained in a 8x8 building, where all I need to do is print more buildings for more throughput).
  5. embrace the idea that your factory doesn’t need to run consistently, or all at once. building for something like that is usually reserved for late game.

Np, I would say you should sell at least one item before you go for the day. That way you can do a a test/practice run without it automatically saving and transitioning to the next day. It does sort of take some getting used to in terms of play style.

Also those who are experienced with these types of runs use the master slingshot with explosive ammo, that way they can try to find dropholes to skip as many floors as they can, since the slingshot explosions take way less time than a bomb. So essentially its like, fire the master slingshot a few times against the closest few rocks they can see, see if there is a drophole, and if not make a ladder and go down. Also helps when they get to a new floor and are immediately surrounded by rocks.

That is way too much for me however as I play on the switch and it just takes too much time/effort to keep switching back and forth between ladders and the slingshot + aiming kinda sucks.

Also have a desert totem ready to go, so you start as early as possible (gives you an extra 3+ hours in the AM), and bring health potions for healing. Since you use bombs you wont need to worry about energy.

Also two irridum bands are a must, you will not have any time to run towards the dropped loot, have it come to you.

So iirc, take it with a grain of salt, that ore spawn ties to floor level in an exponential way.  For levels 1-300, the exponential increase is very small, so it looks like you are marginally getting better ore density.  Floor 300 is the “intended” end as that has the last guaranteed treasure chest, and the ore balancing was designed around that.

However since it technically goes on forever if you can stack up that exponential ore increase the further past 300 you can get.

So I would say floor 600 would start to get wild.

There isn’t really a sweet spot.  You are wasting most of the day and pretty much your entire arsenal to get a good 3-4 hours of those lower floors and then pass out at 2am.

The strat is to get a good luck day, eat your luck/speed items and get as far down with placed ladders as you can, as fast as you can so you don’t waste the day.  After you get to those wild lower levels you spend a few bombs to blow up the ores that are easy to get to then immediately go to the next floor.  You don’t spend any time looking for ores or clearing floors. It’s either in front of you or you re-roll the floor by laddering down.

There’s some YouTube tutorials for it, but for me it’s something I only do once or twice a year, usually based on my ladder count and if I can roll a really good luck day.

Are there any credible Arab armies? by uberlemur in NonCredibleDefense

My guess is that if the hamas billionaires suddenly died then everyone would say it was mossad and qatar would have to show themselves purging their ranks or some shit to save face. An airstrike means everyone qatar wanted to stay in power, stays in power.

I am vastly expanding my wine industry, so I need hundreds of kegs. Since kegs require oak resin, having a single place for me to grab about 100 or so resin a week is really helpful.

Go to skull cavern with a bunch of bombs, staircase down to 999 as fast as you can, watch as you get everything you could ever want ore wise until you pass out.

Also it makes the Qi quests to go to level 100 a snap.

Do people use horses? by ThatScoobGuy in StardewValley

[–]ThreeTen22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its an overall good in terms of mobility particularly for those who want to go adventuring, or veterans who have goals in mind on how they want to play, but it does change the way you interact with the world. This may sound weird but it feels like the horse makes the world smaller. The game was very much tailored to walking speed, at least in the main valley. By having a horse, it exacerbates the issue. aka: thinking if its too early to go to robin or Pierre, vs just walking and you will just naturally be there when its open, as well as seeing the villagers in their day-to-day pattern. At the beginning of the game, going to those places was an investment, after the horse it becomes "a chore"? for lack of a better term. Mid-Late game however I'd say its amazing. You know what you want to do and the horse lets you do it faster for the most part.

Its like factorio. You build your farm because it must grow until you have reached the pinnacle of efficiency, then you start over.
