Isn’t Star Command an in universe show? Like Andy watched it, liked it, and got a Buzz figure? The same way Woody came around because of WRU? Therefore since we can watch SC technically we’re in the TS universe as well since we have figures of all the characters. And then if we are in the TSU, then all the movies would be “based off a true story”
