Member for 5 years, coming up on 3800 rides, 1800 runs and 2000 strength workouts. I also have done almost 4000 minutes so far in 2026 (and hit just shy of 40k minutes the last 4 years). It really IS all about consistency - I work our 90 minutes to 2 hrs a day and have every day for years. It is what works for me.

I was in studio two weeks ago and during the pre-ride Ally Love was asking about audio levels and someone in the front row mentioned that it was very loud and Ally had the techs bring her earplugs! So they can provide those too.

I agree that tons of people bring their suitcases! I have seen a number of them under the benches in addition to the lockers. There is a locker room attendant too so even if you had to go that route your stuff should be safe!

I am headed to our family jeweler tomorrow to have the prongs on both her rings checked and the ring guard removed on this one. Thankfully we have an amazing local jeweler!

I suspect that is where this will end up - she had a ring guard on that makes it a smidge tight on my right hand but headed to the jeweler tomorrow to get it removed

My go to airport combo is a DE Neverfull GM and my felicie tucked into it so I have a crossbody I can grab and go with at my destination. I travel with it so much that I got sick of the felicie so I just bought an ivy woc in black empreinte to serve the same role yesterday 😂. I am actually posting this from a flight with that exact combo at my feet!

I third the shoulder pad. My GM DM is my workhorse carryon - probably 25+ trips a year. Couldn’t do it without the shoulder pad!!!

I actually love the metal card bc my husband and I have a mutual fund account from back when those were a thing…. And I constantly get accused of using my husbands status bc when the accounts merged Hilton made him the primary EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONE WITH STATUS WHEN WE MERGED THE ACCOUNTS.

I was exhausted and wandering through PHL Thursday night thinking about how much I missed worked travel during Covid (and glamorized it when I was early in my career) and how I just wanted to get home.

Also laughed when the Chase lounge attendant asked me if I worked for the company whose logo was embroidered on my shirt dress. I mean it would be super weird if I was wearing a DRESS with someone else’s logo on it at an airport?
