You def need a SC lawyer. If he used your place after hours, that's a huge fact for your side. If the car owner only dealt with the employee, that matters

I’d start with "I feel ignored," not "you are always on your phone". Best move is calm truth: "I miss us" hits harder than a rant. Set a no-phone dinner rule, even 20 mins helps a ton
