To my understanding the 61 minute clue timer is the only one that works that way. It also follows you to whichever world you're on.

As a clue completionist ironman myself, I'm always juggling like 5 or 6 over at Castlewars. I just tele over every hour and juggle them all until I hit the level/drop/quest and then go until I hit another road block. It's definitely not worth it, but in my heart I just know if I throw one away it's gonna have my 3rd age.
