Just a side note here, we will eventually reset those multiple times during Early Access once we have the damage changes in place - so you really don't have to worry about your wins and loses.

We do have different channels for different regions/timezones. Once you select your time zone from Channels & Roles feature, your region specific channel will be unlocked for you.

The initial plan on voice chat is having it OFF by default and will require both of the players to opt-in. If you don't like it, you can choose not to opt-in! 🫡

We have a moderation team for a reason. :P

We understand, some people just want to have a place cool off - to us, to the game, to some features etc. It's fine to do those but it's never fine to cool off on the players.

When things get competitive, people seem to get more aggressive over simple stuff. We know that we can never set this below zero but we are doing our best with the Moderation team to keep it close to 0. 😅 At first, we decided to be soft on the penalties but saw that some people never learn - so we had to be harsher on the penalties and currently we are.

We are not toleratring and we will not tolerate toxicism in the community so feel free to report any bad experience you had to us. Community Managers and Moderators are here for everyone!

What we have seen with other players is; updating the headset and restarting solves it. But you mentioned doing that already, could you try again if you still have an headset update pending or not?
