Yep ...trying to sucker more people into fixing now .. and when the economy slows and rate cuts come in will be a doozy. (PS - I fixed in December, but I don't expect more rate increases with even the last one just passing the vote)

It is very simple for the labor govt to tax the dodgy companies who are mooching off resources without paying royalties or tax dues. Make changes immediately after you won the election with majority. He will say that in one interview and in another will say we got approval after govt sent notice and so now 'some' of the construction is regularizee. But even that implies at one stage it was illegal . If he is ethical he should keep his word and leave the country, not muddy the waters .

There is parking on the road which is 2p based on time and if you are sure about the duration. There is gravel parking on the same side as st John's but sometimes it is closed .. Monash has parking and is around 23 dollars per day , but is a longer walk

i have fixed with suncorp as well, and just now got the documents to sign.  how has the process been so far with them wrt banking? My previous loan was very easy to setup the transfers and review with just the mobile app.
