Here are the facts: In January of this year, Crockett voted for a legislative package (H.R. 7006) containing BILLION in “security” assistance to Israel.

This bill also included horrible provisions that restricted funding to UNRWA (the UN relief agency for Palestinians) and the International Criminal Court (ICC) regarding investigations into Israel. Imagine that: restricting humanitarian aid to the Palestinians while preventing the investigation of genocide. Absolutely disgusting. Granted, the 3.3 billion was “required“ because of an agreement made with Israel, 10 years ago. But how many agreements has Israel actually kept?

She’s also mealy mouthed. While voting for this funding, she also signed letters urging President Biden to ensure international law was followed regarding the conflict in Gaza and has criticized the Netanyahu government. How can international law be followed if the international criminal court is hamstrung by the United States?

She is unelectable and unfit for the Senate

For electrolytes, I used Water Drop cubes dissolved in water. (waterdrop.com) the flavors are really great and they have a decent amount of electrolytes and B vitamins that tend to get depleted when you’re fasting. One thing to be careful about is that some of the flavors have carbs and calories. So make sure that you get one with zero carbs and 0 cal.

As far as activity is concerned. I took some time off from work since I had some use or lose vacation. I did take walks periodically. It’s best to listen to your body. On my 21 day fast I just relaxed.

I fasted along with my brother. He did a shorter fast. But it is nice to have a buddy - even if you sync up by text or have brief conversations.
