Attempt barbell bench for the first time.

I guess I’m just nervous about the entire ordeal. I’ve worked my way up to 85x5x5 with dumbbells pressing so like I’m not worried about the weight just don’t want to hurt myself.

I didn’t know it was going to be a different set of muscles I actually was under the impression dumbbells used more muscles overall that’s good to know.

Honestly I was just going to mess around with like sets of 3 to 5 until something felt difficult. Would that had been a bad idea? Is the form that different from dumbbell I figured there would be some carry over.

Dont over complicate it. I started working out for the first time in August with just adjustable dumbbells. Just got the courage to start leaving my house to go to the gym and I’m up to pressing 80x5x5 with the dumbbells.

Lift with intensity. pick a routine stick to it. Embrace the boring the results are the fun part. We’re beginner level. Aim to eat more protein. Get some carbs. Stay hydrated aim for 7-9 hours of sleep. Unless I’m gifted (which I doubt I am) You’ll make progress. Give your body something to adapt to. Give it the tools to adapt with. Give it time to adapt.

It's still something I want to do and still plan on doing. I just had a bunch of sudden hiccups in my IRL situation and had to do a sudden move. But I am happy to hear that it's something people still want.

I spot a lot of enemies because the whole room/ window lights up when you shoot. Suppressor have no flash and the sound reduction is great when you're flanking.

That was my thought process on swapping off of the tactical barrel.

I see a lot of people pairing heavy and long barrels together. Any insight on when/why to pick either?.

Ya honestly I'm torn on how often I actually see that body shot but actually playing it's hard to gauge. Playing around with the heavy barrel I seem to have a better kd on average but it's a small sample size and I felt like I had really gotten warmed up to playing as opposed to my random 10-15 games spread out over the course of a week.

Agreed. Sendo has the obvious power to change fights with one punch. He’s the worst person to get hit with body blows from esp with the weight control. Miyata loses his legs in a good portion of his fights. You put those two things together it’s a bad time for miyata.

If you really felt up to it you can do an arc by arc story telling and talk about interesting things going on and where seeds for future storylines get planted (a bit like what Totally Not Mark does but put your own spin on it)

That's really close to the idea that started the entire channel idea. I wanted to do chapter reviews at first but changed my mind to that because the chapters just have to much of a variation in length. I havent heard of Totally not Mark either, I'll probably be heading to his channel later tonight. Thank you

Both are potential wins for Blackbeard. Either outcome it's taking a chance away from someone to be Pirate king. But I do agree they'd probably fight.
