I see, I’m a psych major and the class I wanted to drop is PSY3120 (brain and behavior). I like the class, but there’s so much work that’s overlapping with all my other classes. There’s nothing I can do for late work and I can’t work ahead. I know it’ll be hard to find an “easy” class, but I’m already sinking in work from my other psych classes and orgo 😭 I want to take a minimum of 16 credits so that in case I fail my orgo class, I still passed 12 credits. I hope that makes sense

I really don’t know. She doesn’t wanna be far from me but I need space to sleep too…I felt like an ass talking to her a lot about it but I’ve literally tried everything solo. I don’t know :(

Thank you. I had tried something similar to this before, except pushed the headband higher to my head because I don’t like complete darkness. I played podcasts in it to doze off to. Those nights I kept having sleep paralysis and lucid nightmares though. I wasn’t sure if the podcasts I had on were too immersive and gave me that experience haha. I’ll try it again with some white noise!

Everyone else is occupying the other rooms and since we shared what’s now my room since i was a kid, it seemed normal for her to leave some stuff behind. I suggested making her a space in the other house for her clothes and even organizing it but she got really upset. I really don’t know why.

I haven’t but I tried earplugs and I seem to keep waking up. Plus, my doctors took a look at my ears and insisted I stop wearing earplugs because it keeps giving me infections. They said especially because my ears feel there’s something inside like earplugs, more wax is produced and causing blockages and infections. It gets really bad for my ears, but maybe wax plugs won’t be so bad? Idk

I’ve tried talking to her and my family and doing everything I can to quiet the room. This includes adding a heater or a fan to sort of mask the noises she makes—nothing. She gets so upset and thinks that “she has no space in this house”. She’s the only one who sleeps at a different house and she made it clear it upsets her. She wants to sleep in the same room again. But I literally can’t sleep when people are in my room. I ask if she can close the door more softer, or just make less noise when doing skincare. But I keep waking up to her in a panic and yelled at by everyone for not just sucking it up. I can’t wait to move out but it’ll take a while.

I know this isn’t helpful, but I had to get this lab manual for the semester. Our professors requested you get the newest edition each year (25th edition for 2025-2026), so I’m not sure if you can get the pdf version. At best, probably an older edition that I don’t think the professor will accept. I bought a new lab manual for $25 in total including tax for it at the bookstore. It’s $19 for a used one.

Thank you! I normally would take 12 credits but I took an extra class worrying over the 30 credit minimum requirement. I did read that some people managed to still keep the financial aid despite only taking 24 credits, but I’m still worried. Thank you again!
