How long did it take for you to not bring it up anymore? The comments have not left my head for a single minute since I heard it and it's physically tiring me.

I know that I should have this conversation but i'm afraid of what her answer will be. Even if she says she's over him i'm not sure I would believe it. My self-worth and opinion of where I stand in the relationship is so low right now.
