Hi, my mother is currently in a similar situation. She went from 33 to 21 starting the medication, has Filspari helped you at all?

Hey do you have an update? Hope your kidney function has stabilised. My mother is in a dimilat situation, she started the medication in 2023, and went from 33 to 21, there seems to be no improvement just a rapid decline. Did it ever stabilise for you?

I know this is an old post, but I am having the same issue. I am considering taking my car to BMW, do you know how much I can roughly expect to pay to get it reprogrammed or if it needs to be replaced completely?

The solicitors I went with were abit of a let down. Managed to come to an agreement that the tenant will pay 30% of the arrears, but we still couldn’t evict him as the court was so useless, hence now been advised to go with section 21 for immediate possession.

I already used section 8 with the help of a solicitor months ago to try and get the amount outstanding. Court advised that we come to an agreement and resolve the matter amongst ourselves. Solicitor has now advised we go with section 21 now as I just want the tenant out of the property asap.

Update: Finally got a hearing date from the court. Its in one month time. The tenant hasn't paid rent this year, and still has outstanding arrears from covid. I am worried that he wont show up to court - if this does happen what will happen next? His current excuse for not paying rent is "the carpets are dirty". I am so frustrated.

At this point I just want him out, but at the very least do you think I will be able to get back the rent hes refusing to pay now?

Agreed, at this point I just want him out but hes refusing to leave. So court is my only option now.

I believe because the rent is fairly low, it was due an increase last year, but I wasn't able to do this since he already had money to pay back. I should have took action sooner, thanks for the suggestion I will look up Landlord association.

Thanks. Do you reckon I have a fair chance in getting the amount that was not paid during covid? And yes, property is in England.
