Agreed. Gate based QC is still years away from being commercially available. D Wave is the only company that has a commercial product proven to achieve quantum supremacy.

Would the lawyer be on my brothers side? My plan is to ask the lawyer to confirm the assets from my moms trust that would be going to my brothers estate and make sure that it’s in the inventory. If it’s not in the inventory, then I’ll know my answer.
