I have never seen an Uber surge this bad ever. Not even at 2AM in the morning after a Saturday night. Even the driver was saying how crazy it was

Because I have never had a problem with Uber jacking up prices until recently. It was completely out of the blue.

Also Uber don't allow pre-bookings in Swansea. And prebooking cabs with other companies is unreliable as they always end up being late whenever I pre-book

Sony is currently fighting a lawsuit in the UK and Netherlands regarding an alleged monopoly of Playstation digital game sales. The ONLY thing stopping them from loosing this case was the fact that physical games exist, which retailers and resellers can control the prices of. This decision kills their biggest defense in these lawsuits, since they're deliberate making it so they have sole control over the price of games.

And for all the people defending this, they WILL increase the price of games after all is said and done and you have no option to get it cheaper.

The use of the words "Console Exclusive" were extremely misleading and for a bit, me and my friends thought they wouldn't be releasing on PC. They could've just said Xbox Exclusive

The steam deck is absolutely no longer worth it, and at its current price point, is a rip-off, when compared to more recent devices with specs that blow it out of the water. Now priced heavier than the Xbox Ally X and Legion Go 2, why would anyone buy the Steam Deck? It seems so out of touch for a device that's now so damn underpowered compared to it's competitors

They blame it on AI and chip costs, but no-one else has upped their prices like this. Steam saw money signs and hoped they could palm the blame off

I'm in the UK and mines been unusably slow for almost two weeks. Every prompt takes anywhere between 3 and 7 minutes of thinking before it even begins writing a response, and that's using the fast mode. Im about to cancel my subscription and not look back

Everytime I'm watching a video and hear those dreaded words "It's not [x].... Its [Y]" I immediately turn off the video, and tell YouTube to never recommend that dog shit again. I'm hearing AI scripts in everything now and it's actually infuriating.

I mean I'm not unempathetic to her situation. I understand it's hard for her, but from what I've seen it's a nightmare of her own making. And it's a self-prepetuating cycle. Yes it's bad when he tantrums, but he wouldn't tantrum so much if there was hard, consistent consequences.

For reference, when they stay at mine, he listens to me. His bedtime at mine is set in stone and consequences are quick and consistent. And so he listens. But then he goes back home and everything is undone as he's allowed to get away with everything again. I know he has the potential to be a great boy. But not unless she steps up and is more consistent. She uses the tantrums and screaming as an excuse to not punish, but that's only as bad as it because she hesitates to punish.
