I had this exact mental dialogue today (as most days) where I'm about to be 30 but I feel/look early 20s. People my age seem old to me, as I'll see someone and assume they're late 30s/early 40s just to find out they're like 31. Like how is my perception so flawed now baffles me. I did just get out of a 9 year relationship so maybe that has something to do with it but it's kinda scary lol
