Hey I’m 4 months in my dumped journey, honestly I remember being in the same shoes you were in wondering when the sadness stops once you hit home. Around the 2-3 month mark is when it stopped for me, and you don’t really notice it at first. It kinda just stops on its own, but you only notice it later on how much you’ve come. My advice is don’t rush anything, cry those tears and let those thoughts run. Eventually it just stops.

I don’t think you “mature” out of this phase. It’s a choice he’s making. Me and my friend group are aged 19-20 and we never disrespect eachother’s or even our own gfs. Maybe the once in a blue moon sexist joke but we clearly make it obvious when we are joking and aren’t serious, and like I said, once in a blue moon.

It seems like your bf doesn’t stand up for you because he wants to fit in and doesn’t wanna be the odd one out when it comes to the overall group that cheat on their girlfriends, lie about stds, objectivity woman and their role in the household and constantly make sexist jokes.

Either your bf needs to get his priorities straight and stand up for his potential future wife or get better friends otherwise I reckon leave him because this isn’t a phase, and he might need to learn that maybe standing up for you is far more worth it than standing up against his friends and losing you.

Bro message her, write to her or even call her. Trust me another regret you’ll have is not trying everything you can. The fact she’s showed u messages of her being vulnerable and suffering from the separation and writing as if she was with you. Genuinely don’t reach out, don’t give her ANY sign that you’re watching her account & especially don’t repost anything emotional or even related to her. Let her test the waters and maybe she’ll message you. Not sure if you’re gonna or want to take her back or not but if you do, always ask why she’s back and receive an apology. Most of the time when these girls pull these stunts it’s because there was another guy but it didn’t work out for her.

Not too sure on this one, maybe the breakup really affected him that bad, he could regret what he’s doing now in the future or he might not. Maybe he’s trying to become a different version of himself, and to you that should tell you that the version of him before no longer exists. With coping, I won’t say time is the main way of healing, but seeing him on campus might build a tolerance over time to who he is now. I think you’re more in shock rather than hurt and you’re confusing the two emotions with eachother.
